What Skills Are You Going To Master in 2018?
We are two weeks into 2018. Most likely you are back to work, in full force, ready to fight the new fires!
Are you ready for an AWESOME year, full of challenges, and opportunities to learn and grow?
Are you excited?
Being a new year, did you give some thought to your career?
Do you still want to be a DBA? Are you happy in the position you are? If not, what can you do about it?
Did you think about your DBA Skills? Are they up-to-date with the new technology? Do you want it to be up-to-date?
What DBA Skills are you going to master, or at least improve on in 2018?
What certifications are you going to write this year?
What courses are you going to take this year?
What you are going to learn this year?
What are you going to do different this year?
How are you going to communicate better with your team members, and other teams?
I am asking lots of questions, and you know why? I really want you to think about them, to improve the quality of your work, of your knowledge, of your career.
Think about them, write the answers down, and start planning on how can you achieve your goals, how can you take that course, how can you write that certification, how can you communicate better!
